Bravado / Terms

Terms of Service

The terms for using Bravado’s tools, connecting your accounts and building with our infrastructure.

Effective September 18, 2026

1. Agreement & scope

These Terms of Service govern your use of the websites, terminal, developer Console, APIs, analytics and MCP integrations provided by Bravado Trade (“Bravado,” “we,” “us”). By accessing or using these services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the services.

If you act for an organization, you must have authority to accept these terms on its behalf. A separately signed agreement or order form takes precedence for the services it covers where it conflicts with these terms. Product-specific conditions presented when you activate a feature also apply to that feature.

2. Accounts & eligibility

You must have legal capacity to enter this agreement and meet the age, location and eligibility requirements applicable to the service and any connected venue. Technical access to a feature does not establish that you are eligible to use it. Do not bypass location or other access restrictions.

Provide accurate account information, protect your credentials and grant organization roles only to authorized people. You are responsible for activity you authorize through your account, keys, wallets and integrations. Notify support@bravadotrade.com promptly if you suspect unauthorized access, and revoke affected credentials where possible. Never send us a wallet recovery phrase or private key in a support message.

3. Services & permissions

  • Terminal and trading APIs. These products can submit orders and other supported actions to connected venues when you authorize them. Review the account, venue, asset, amount and execution settings before giving instructions. An accepted request or order submission is not a guarantee of execution.
  • Automation. Copy trading, scheduled strategies and other enabled automation can act under the permissions and parameters you configure without a separate confirmation for every action. Monitor these features and use their controls to stop them. Stopping automation does not necessarily cancel existing orders or reverse completed transactions.
  • Data and developer tools. API access, analytics, SQL queries and reports are subject to the scopes, available datasets, rate limits and allowances of your account or agreement. Access to one product does not grant permission to every other product.
  • AI and MCP. The Bravado MCP integration is read-only. It retrieves analytics and runs permitted queries; it cannot place or cancel orders, transfer funds or sign transactions. Connecting it does not authorize trading. Review the inputs an AI client sends and independently check results before relying on them.

4. Plans, fees & cancellation

Free and paid access are described on our pricing page and in the Console billing controls. The plan, billing interval, included usage, overage charges and any separately agreed fees presented when you subscribe or authorize a purchase apply to that purchase. Usage-based charges can exceed the base subscription price where your plan permits overage.

Recurring subscriptions renew on the billing interval you select until canceled under the applicable subscription conditions. Use the Console's billing management flow to manage or cancel a subscription, or contact support if you cannot access it. The billing flow indicates when cancellation takes effect. Disconnecting an AI client, revoking a key or stopping use does not itself cancel a subscription or remove charges already incurred.

Payment processing, trading-venue charges and blockchain network fees may be separate from Bravado service fees. Review the charges presented for the relevant service. API credits measure service usage; they are not wallet balances or trading funds.

Contact support about billing errors or refund requests. Refunds and cancellation rights are governed by the conditions disclosed for your purchase, any separate agreement and applicable law. Nothing in these terms removes mandatory refund or withdrawal rights. We will communicate changes to recurring prices or material billing conditions before they apply, with any notice and cancellation rights required by law.

5. Acceptable use

Use the services only for lawful purposes and within your authorized access. You must not:

  • Use stolen credentials, access another person's account without authority, or misrepresent your identity or permissions.
  • Bypass authentication, scopes, payment controls, query safeguards, geographic restrictions or rate limits, including by distributing requests across accounts to evade a limit.
  • Disrupt services, introduce malware, attempt unauthorized extraction of restricted data, or exploit vulnerabilities beyond authorized security testing.
  • Use the services for fraud, market manipulation, unlawful transactions, infringement of others' rights, or unlawful collection or disclosure of personal information.

Report suspected security issues privately to support without disclosing credentials or other users' information.

6. Data & intellectual property

Bravado and its licensors retain their rights in the service software, branding and materials. Subject to these terms and your plan or agreement, you may use the services and their outputs for your own work and authorized applications. Access does not transfer ownership of the underlying service or third-party datasets.

You retain your rights in content you submit. You authorize Bravado to process that content as needed to deliver the requested service, secure and maintain it, and meet applicable obligations as described in our Privacy Policy. Only submit information you have the right to provide.

Respect any source-specific license, attribution or redistribution restrictions communicated with a dataset or in your agreement. Do not represent Bravado as endorsing your application without permission. Open-source components remain subject to their applicable licenses.

7. Trading & information risks

Trading involves risk of loss, including loss of the full amount committed. Prices, liquidity, fees, settlement rules and network conditions can change. Orders can fail, be delayed or execute partially or at a different price than an estimate. Blockchain transactions may be irreversible, and Bravado cannot guarantee recovery of funds sent to an incorrect address or network.

Analytics, rankings, backtests, AI responses and tax reports are informational tools, not personalized investment, legal or tax advice. Historical performance and simulated results do not guarantee future outcomes. Reports can be incomplete or depend on assumptions about public wallet activity and cost basis. Verify information against source records and obtain professional advice where needed before trading, filing a return or making other consequential decisions.

You are responsible for the instructions you authorize and for understanding the rules of the venue you use. These responsibilities do not excuse Bravado from duties or liability imposed by applicable law.

8. Third-party services

Bravado connects with independent market venues, blockchains, wallet and identity providers, payment processors and AI clients, including ChatGPT and Claude. Their services are governed by their own terms. A connection or link does not make Bravado responsible for operating that third-party service.

Third-party availability, access decisions, market resolution and data changes can affect Bravado features. Bravado does not control an AI provider's handling of your conversations or guarantee that an AI-generated explanation accurately represents a tool result.

9. Availability, suspension & termination

We maintain and update the services, but do not promise uninterrupted access, error-free data or an execution outcome. Service-level commitments apply only where expressly agreed. Maintenance, security incidents, network conditions or upstream outages may interrupt a feature.

We may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect users or systems, investigate suspected misuse, address nonpayment or comply with law. We will provide notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue where appropriate, unless doing so would create a security risk or be legally prohibited. Contact support if you believe a restriction is mistaken.

You may stop using the service or request account closure through support. Separately cancel paid subscriptions and review outstanding orders and automation. Closing access does not reverse transactions, eliminate amounts properly owed or automatically remove records that must be retained.

10. Responsibility & legal rights

Except for commitments expressly made in an applicable agreement or required by law, services and informational outputs are provided on an “as available” basis. We do not guarantee a profit, a specific trading result or the accuracy of every third-party data point.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, or removes mandatory consumer rights and remedies. Responsibility for a loss is determined under applicable law and any valid agreement covering the relevant service.

If a dispute arises, contact support@bravadotrade.com with enough information for us to investigate. Contacting us does not waive your right to seek relief from a competent court, regulator or other legally available process.

11. Privacy & disconnection

Our Privacy Policy explains what information we process, why, with whom it is shared, retention and available controls. Read it before connecting an account or submitting personal information.

You can revoke MCP authorization through the Bravado Console and disconnect the integration in your AI client. Existing access tokens may remain valid for up to five minutes after revocation. Disconnection does not delete results already stored by the client or cancel a paid subscription. Requests for access, correction or deletion can be sent to support.

12. Changes & contact

We may update these terms as the services change. We will publish the revised terms and effective date and provide additional notice or request agreement where required by law. Changes do not retroactively alter accrued rights. If you disagree with revised terms, you may stop using the affected service and exercise applicable cancellation rights.

These services are provided by Bravado Trade. For questions about these terms, accounts or billing, contact support@bravadotrade.com.
